Zumba Fitness and Toning
Forget the workout and join the party with this too fun to be true class! Join us with 30 minutes of heart pumping dancing and 30 minutes of strength training, sure to change your outlook on working out!
We bring your favorite classes together Saturday morning for a combo class of Solider step (8am-8:40am) and Barbell Bootcamp (8:40-9:30). Come for part,or all of this amazing 90 minute workout!
BodyPump is a Les Mills international licensed class which uses high repetitions and low weight to create a cardio/muscle building worldwide class. We recommend BodyPump 2-3 times per week for maximum results.
A beautiful class full of fluid movements and increased strength. A combination of Pilates and Yoga, come and strengthen your core, legs and arms in a relaxing and calm atmosphere.
Guns, Glutes & Guts (Triple G)
An hour of light weight, high repetition. Hammering the arms, glutes and core.
An intense ride on our amazing indoor cycling bikes, with included core and upper body toning! Unique and effective!!!!

Why do group fitness???
Group fitness at Frontline is our bread and butter! With over 60 years combined experience on the team, you'll gain not only a healthier body, but become educated on how to safely and effectively change your outlook on fitness and exercise.
All of the classes include amazing beat driven music, flashing lights, plenty of ventilation and encouragement! Our large Group Fit room is stocked with plenty of weight variations for the beginner to the advance lifter. Our floor is heavy duty padded to lessen impact on knees and joints. With a water fountain inside the Group Fit room, you never have to worry about dehydration.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mats, but we keep plenty on hand for everyone!
Before and after class, don't be surprised if you make a friend, or two, or twenty! Frontline Fitness Group Fit participants are welcoming, encouraging and friendly. With a staff of instructors who have a passion not only for teaching and fitness but also quality relationships, you''ll feel welcome and at home your very first class!
